EVERYEAR - cost
ROOMS
Single and double rooms are available in Middlebrook Hall across the street from the School of Music. The cost is $50 per night and you have a plan for you to stay either Friday or Friday and Saturday nights.
MEALS
We provide three meal options:
- Meals only: Friday picnic at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis and Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner in Middlebrook
- Meals with a room
- Pay cash for the meals you would like to eat
ACTIVITIES
All activities and ground transportation to and from the picnic are included in your registration.

CHECKING IN
An EVERYEAR registration desk will be in the lobby of Ferguson Hall from 12.30-4pm on Friday, July 19. If you are coming from out-of-town, please let us know if you are arriving at another time and we will be sure to greet you.
